those 10k jobs is very misleading.

it is not new 10k every day, there is just 10k advertised at any given time.
also some arent jobs at all but agencies rather advertising a job that doesnt exist so they can get people on the books.
some jobs (in fact a lot) are one off only like, might be 1 week work and thats it.
the vast majority of the permanent jobs are part time and usually also min wage.
