Jack showed his quality from the go, so did Gibbs. Its that sort of quality that deserves backing. Szczesny I agree, signing a keeper would have seen him relegated to the bench, pointless still Wenger did make a huge bid for Reina. Song, again he showed he was able to step up when people were talking of loaning him out instead we stuck with him and rightly so. Sagnas dropped, he was solid as a rock when he arrived but since the passing of his brother he hasn't been the same. Bendtner flop, calls for his head yet way to much faith, Almunia needing to be dropped years before Szczesny was ready yet too much faith, Denilson, Rosicky, Diaby.. all leading to an implosion which happened in the summer.
what happened to the days when Wenger made signing out the blue who made progress. long gone are those days, forget twitter, they all get snatched out of our hands even when the players themselves want the move. theres way to many wrongs, it needs sorting out wouldnt you agree?
we're better equipped than most of the rest yet its not good enough when theres paths available within our reach to avoid such set backs, its a waste.
the foundation will become solid again when our revenue picks up and of course Wenger spends whats in the kitty.
