not at all Diablo, first part of this year Virgin seemed completely inactive as far as TV improvement goes (TiVo will be great but too many things missing and glitches for me yet), however past few months have been very impressive. Have been considering going back to Sky for quite a few months but the hassle of changing everything again was holding me back. Now I'm happy to stay with Virgin. If they go back into sluggish mode I'll start the moanathon again
