After attempting all day to resolve my e mail issues and even borrowing another computer and connecting directly to the set top box. Result, exactly the same problems. I am unable to resolve this with NTL and therefore have little choice but to go elsewhere. £75 + month is peanuts to NTL but I am amazed they do nothing to resolve the problem.
