It doesn't distinguish between alcohol types though.
With my diet I'll fail one most the time because I'm near constantly in ketosis, so my body is producing isopropyl alcohol which is then present in the breath. That gets detected as an alcohol by road side breathalysers even though it's completely unrelated to Ethanol.
