Never going to happen.
Liverpool want it because they know they're the weakest of the top sides at the moment, but have massive overseas support. They'd gain by far the most out of it as they're the team that needs the biggest investment to compete.

All the other teams will laugh and them and tell them to jog on.

We need more even revenue distribution, not less. Football could learn a lot from the revenue models in US sports.
