You really make life hard for yourself and the rest of us in this thread!
Virginmedia says you need a repull so get that nice shiny new cable installed and do not cancel! A week before my repull my connection improved but i now have a thicker better cable installed and my power levels are the best they have ever been as well as my download speed, ping and jitter.
