"RizzyKings got it in for Toshiba now. i heard the story unfolded after he wasn't able to obtain his free upgrade" Lol not had or have it in for them sorted it today and all sorted now and it wasn't any fault of toshiba more the retailor we bought the laptop from. Good job wifey doesn't bother with cd\dvd's so don't have to worry about this ever happening although it's the first time i have heard of someone being injured in this way but have experienced what Kymmy is saying.
