Week 2 update:

Start weight: 14 stone 4 pounds

Week 1 weight: 13 12 (loss of 6 pounds)

Week 2 weight: 13 7 (loss of 5 pounds)

Cumulative loss: 11 pounds

Woohoo 11 pounds in 2 weeks, 3 pounds to go til first stone.
