dead is the condition I'll be in when I reach 10 stone.

I was very skinny as a youth. I never broke through 10 stone until I was in my early 30s, after a trip to the states off course :-). I peaked at 13.5 stone last year and probably just over 12 now.

I'm quite happy with my weight, I'd just like to redistribute it somewhat.

Don't fixate too much on what the scales say. I think how you feel is more important. If you are tracking your weight try to stick to the same time once a week.
