Neil Berkett will reply sometimes to customers issues , I emailed with a billing issue sometime ago that three calls to CS hadn't rectified , he replied to me on Sunday night at 7.30pm saying he'd get his office onto it Monday morning , pretty damn impressive from a CEO.
