The Videotron MATV, quality network that, remember both visiting Southampton hub and wandering around some cabinets there.

It's a big job in those parts as the networks have no fibre and no phone lines, should be good when done but it's a total overbuild for those guys, new everything from taps and drop cables to trunk coax and everything in between.
