The only good thing in that last episode was the skulls being the monster.

The whole thing has become too complex. It's not the acting, it's the plotline with time that has become so wibbly wobbly and broken that unless you have some sort of massive power of retention of series gone past and future you have no clue of what is going on anymore. Too many epsisodes are more about setting up something else to be shown later on, yet by the time you get to that something else you've forgotten about the set up so you've lost the plot.

Unless the current production team change their approach I won''t be watching any more. The TiVo series link has already been removed.
