Hmm, just phoned up, the nice Indian lady said I can move my existing V+ box but that means I then pay £99 install fee not £49 (I want the 1TB box)

But she insisted it was £99 as my existing V+ box would mean the Tivo was a second box. Really confused now
Also, she said it would be £6.50 extra for a second box, until I said someone else said I could have it for free, then she said they could do it without the extra monthly fee.
Really not very clear from Virgin media, quite annoying really.
