just giving an idea , on Sky you have showcase which the majority is in HD and updated daily , then you have the anytime+ with movies , box sets etc although I will say VM has far more choice when it comes to box sets something I wouldn't have thought. Sky movie subscribers will have a massive choice of films and there's quite a bit of content from the Sky Sports.
