Check to see if they recorded the call that might help you, Additionally call them back tell them you are recording the call and then when they acknowledge that you are recording the call ask them to confirm an engineer is booked and what time slot they gave you. If you get a good agent you should not have to do any of what i just suggested. I hope you get it fixed
