The fact your saying you've been lied to and you've been through 4 boxes and your only
now threatening to leave essentially proves your fabricating the story.
V+ boxes have been 3D enabled since there was 3D content, so there is no 'update'. Also if you have a stream of problems with a service provider why would the first course of action to rant on a forum that has no affliction with Virgin Media themselves instead of simply contacting them? Its not as if they've severed all lines of communication with them when there are more ways than previous that you can do so.
