Your power levels are both a little high and a little low. down their high, the tech installed a 3db attenuator, imo he should of put in a 6. up is low, it might need looking at if your SH plays up.

services > depending on what you do on the net? mines set as firewall and ip flood ticked, untick everything else.

also UPnP can be disabled too if you don't use it.
