I guess VM are entitled to keep their data to themselves, but that is a little annoying. Access to the data could at the least save a few frustrating calls to India.

I really can't see a valid excuse for suppressing data in the Super Hub. I am sure they work well for a lot of people, but I'm glad I don't own one.

How do you collect your data Sephiroth? Do you have an elaborate polling system in place, or is it just a case of cut and paste?
