Just wondering if someone might clarify somehting for me. I know this seems to be a bit of hot debate but i am a paying sky subscriber and to be honest quite happy. Some guy from external sales from virgin media phoned up and offered me a good deal , the bb is the only disappointing thing with sky so vm sounds good. Now my only reason for not leaving sky is sky atlantic and i pointed this out to him. His response was sky atlantic is comming to virgin in a couple of months guaranteed. I asked him to put this in writting and he will, if its not they will refund my subs to date and cancel the contract.

Alot of people wont believe this and thats fine but has anyone phoned virgin threatening to leave because of sky atlantic and got a similar response or anyone else had a similar dealing. The deal offered was very good which included free tivo with no installation fee and a free second box upstairs for no monthly subs ever as long as i keep at least tv m+
