We are thinking of coming back to Virgin for our T.V/Phone package, as we already have their Internet.
I sent an Email asking what the total cost would be, for their Top TV and 24/7 phone package would be, and the reply was confusing to say the least?
We wanted to know the price of the H/D box with TIVO with an extra box in the bedroom would be, but when you read the reply compared to the original question, it makes you wonder if they did in fact read that Email I sent?
