Worth mentioning I called retentions just now to see if they could help (UK you see
) and of course not being faults, they couldn't. They did say the reason I had no V+ though was because I had been put down to the absolute free package not M+ so had lost a bunch of channels and the V+ functions.
They quickly sorted that for me and put me onto M+ which I had wanted.
Still no joy though as I presume I need another hit for that.
