picture/sound breakup
My v+hd box is suffering from frequent picture and sound breakup, particularly on 4hd. I've already had a repull and about 4 days off waiting for engineers in th last 12 months to fix previous problems with the box freezing and not rebooting correctly. I'm based in Manchester M21.
The technical stuff section of the menus contains the folowing:
pre rs errors 0 per 0.5s
post rs errors 19 per 0.5s
agc signal level 35
there are also a few 302 and 301 errors listed.
ANy advice appreciated before I have to call Virgin out again!
