my main box broke down a few months ago i called Virgin next day it was repalced ! ( i was with sky for many years and they charged me £60.00 )
if want more hd then go to sky and pay for them !

Clearly you never threatened to leave sky that`s why you was charged,Myself and many friends and family have all got boxes fixed/replaced at no charge !!!!!!
