I spoke to offshore today just for a laugh.
After unsuccessfully trying to explain my problem for ages, all she wanted to do was to connect to my computer remotely. When I refused she hung up on me. A complete waste of an hour.
A call to retentions who put me through to a Liverpool agent who after only a few minutes decided it was a network issue, escalated it and about an hour later things were back to normal.
When are VM going to get rid of these offshore muppets.
