And you know how these channels/packages are bought how?
In the 90s, the channel suppliers insisted on selling them in packs of channels in bandings (numbers of thousands of customers), and if that still the case today, VM (and customers who didn't want to pay for more HD) would have to subsidise those who do (as explained previously).
