I am hoping so, its hard to know because the rebooting is so random. It happens at least once a day so I will know for sure over the next couple of days. The technician reckons that the early batch of Tivo 1TB boxes had problems with them so he said if it hasn't fixed i will need a replacement. I Hope it is just because of the high signal level because I've got a fair few series that I still haven't got round to watching yet and I don't want to loose them.
