it aint a big deal really is it , my ps2 is sat on the shelf below my ps3 and xbox 360 , its just the matter of flicking a couple of buttons on the remote to play it, i appreciate its nice to have all your games compatible with the ps3 so they look that bit better upscaled into HD with smoothing lol
, like roger said if you really want backwards compatiblity TRY and get hold of a launch ps3 these are so RARE and probably cost £££££, so ask yourself is it really worth it
