I have recently bought new HDtv and had a TiVo box installed. I am wondering why I have both a scart connection from the box and also a hd cable. I thought you did not need the scart lead anymore, but the technician fitted them all. also, the background picture on my tv seems blurred and I'm worried that the cable connections or tv settings are not right. Please help someone who knows nothing about technology!!!!
