Flightradar is the most upto date one but comparing it against the realtime mode-S and mode A/C tracking it is still a bit lagged.
I use
planeplotters with a small MicroADSB receiver. This also allows me to plot military and small civil aircraft and the MLAT capability of planeplotters will even plot positionless aircraft based on receive times from all the sharing stations.
