I decided as i said above there are very positive examples of good customer service,and the fact all maintenance is included no getting onto outside contractors or bartering with sky to send sombody out for free its included,vm has always been reliable for me as well,it also carries all the main channels i watch and i am now back on sky sports so will see how the interactive button developes i would also miss other features,such as ESPN with TVXL.
I am sure sky is excellent i am not knocking it at all but for me vm is a better fit.
