Mobes it has happened to me with the cricket as well two matches involving the west indies were on sky sports red button on sky a couple of months or so ago ,but were not available to vms sky sports subscribers,after emailing the ceos office i recieved a phone call the nub of which was "its up to sky what they supply to vm via the red button".
From that point on i knew we were not going to get the "full" red button service on sky sports,good luck though mate.
