this one .This upstanding member of the community kicked punched and glassed a 17 yr old leaving him with a brain hemorrhage ,sentence = 1yr suspended for 2 yrs .This case was heard in manchester crown ct on monday last, i presume the same court that sent the women straight to jail for wearing a pair of stolen shorts
