When I have 30 minutes of padding and it's still not enough to not cut off the end of a program because it started 45minutes late, I have a serious problem with the product.

It's not just a one off, it happens time and time again with the same program. I'm thinking of switching to an hour of padding before it because there's a 1 in 3 chance I'm going to miss the end of the program with it set to half hour. It's a good job I only have it set to keep 1 episode, else I'd run out of hdd space just on padding alone.
