OK Dai did all the above but still no connection. Tried the cmd only says 'c:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>' I've typed in ipconfig after that but all I get is 'Windows IP configuration' then the previous message. I've a feeling this is one we are not going to win. Can't understand it, it was working perfectly only about a month ago.
