I have a 21 inch samsung and a 32 inch panasonic and don't have a pq issue that either me ar hubby have noticed. Had TiVo since April on each of them.

Also don't have a slow menu problem. The only menu I have experienced extreme slowness is when rearranging series link priorities and that's because it has to go through the whole list and guide and reprioritise. It's a pain but there's a reason. I've never had an issue otherwise and at one point after being away for three weeks I was at 95% full. I'm consistently at about 60%. This is the full size TiVo. So full hard drive isn't necessarily the cause of slow menu response.

So while I'm not doubting the problems I'm just saying they're not affecting everyone.
