I am just wondering is it possible I can get a Tivo box and pay the same price per month?

I have a V+ Box and then a Standard V Box HD upstairs. I have the XL Package with Sky Sports & Movies and the HD Versions. Along with 50Mb Broadband and Telephone. Paying around £100 a month at the moment.
