You don't.
Because all three tuners record, you set a recording rather than a reminder.
On V+, reminders were inportant because only 2 out of the 3 tuners recorded. Because tivo records on all 3 tuners, reminders are redundant on Tivo.
VM are trying to add them for people who like to still live in the Dark Ages
