New to VM..
Hi users,
I joined Virg inmedia about 3 weeks ago and have aTivo box. I came over from sky and have found the Tivo to extremely slow and horrible to use and the picture quality on HD is not very good and in SD is just awful.
Is this a fault? as a VM technician came out and bassically said "yes the picture quality is poor but thats the norm for Tivo"

Any got any advice?
I tried to get my "within 30 days" disconnection today but surprise surprise that department is only open Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm. The guy from Sky said "you'll be back" and wasn't wrong.
