Wouldn't hold your breathe on Tivo adding reminders - i read somewhere they will not be including them - maybe got enough on their plate at the mo fixing things that should work

I think Tivo is actually slower at FFwding but you can also skip chunks

I do like that Tivo jumps back a bit when you press play so you dont overshoot
Also better that you can sloooooow down when you know youre getting nearer the spot
