seriously though ,i do miss virgin i had sky about 7 years ago and ditched them for virgin mainly because of the superior BB and picture quality in bad weather ,essentially the sky+ box is a doorstop in bad weather .Last weekend i thought the banner "no satellite signal is being received" was part of a program it was on the screen that much and i have had to buy this piece of crap that only records one channel while watching another  . |

I have refered you to malcolm from Sky support if you go over and give him your post code he can look into this for you. An he will be able to track the van and installer who turned up without the correct kit.
Sky deem this as impossible but you said it happened so it must of, LNB's are allocated in the 100's .
