Quick answer from me is yes it as changed the way I view TV
I now watch content I had no idea existed, and have discovered channels i also didn't relies existed like "Yesterday"
I didn't record much with my V+ box but now I do and the suggestions get better and better as time goes on
The biggest change is in "perception", I don't follow TV schedules any more, I just cherry pick stuff from live TV
And watch my recorded stuff in between,
I see my TV now as a "personal channel" I watch some stuff off live TV and mix it up with recorded stuff, and content from my Apple TV,
Feels like I own my own TV Station, Just like "Richard"
