I take it you didn't see the pictures of him tossing a rock up and down whilst wearing latex gloves or apparently trying to set fire to a pile of newspapers in the doorway of the Supreme Court then? No doubt he'd lost his little woolly gloves and the rock and the fire were simply intended to keep him warm...
