Like you i am unhappy,and when i spoke to the ceos office a while back all they could offer was as follows,"its up to sky what trhey supply via the red button on vm" whereas i thought vm had a deal to supply the full red button after selling the vm tv channels to sky.
More smoke and mirrors from Virgin? Surely not
