Upgrade...

Spoke to customer service yesterday and was talking about upgrading to 50MB BB and TiVo, the guy said he would leave the notes on my account and send an email on what we discussed so i can(if i want) complete the deal online. i have however not received the email. if i send an email to customer service will they know what i am on about?
