I purchased a sat card on line from Ebuyer and was offered as part of the deal a £10.00 cash back. As i filled out the form to action that cash back i realised that i had already signed up with rewards first and that they had used my details from when i filled out the address and payment to ebuyer. It took 5 phone calls to there customer service and at least 10 emails before they would cancel the account. Thankfully i now have an email confirmation that they have cancelled the account and my bank has agreed not to allow rewards first to take any money should they attempt to.
Ebuyer was useless because they would only say i had to deal solely with rewards first. when i asked them why rewards first had used my details from the purchase of the sat card they could only say that should not have happened, They still did not get involved which means i will not be using ebuyer again.
Just had a look at them in depth and they are the same company as highstreetmax.com
