The Guardian are screwed if they did it as well. Especially considering they have been pushing this phone hacking story more vigorously than any other paper. They made the
initial allegations in '09 and were really behind it. Front pages almost every day until the police and the PCC dismissed them as nothing. They then came back last year with more stories, and they broke the Dowler story this week as well.
I find it amazing they would be pushing so hard for a full inquiry when they themselves will be implicated. Where did you hear they are involved?
If they have spent the last few years campaigning about this only to be just as guilty are are monumentally screwed. I mean actually in serious trouble - they are losing money as it is. This would be far more likely to send them under than News International.
