He claimed, after a few beers, that TiVO is not making the initial impact Virgin had hoped for in terms of existing customers signing up. Does anyone know how many Virgin customers now have TiVo? Does 10,000 customers / households sound about right?
Way off the mark, it's a heck of a lot more than that.
