Ok I downloaded Lan Driver, tried installing it on the wifes PC and it came up with remove or repair, so I removed it, then Installed it again. Restarted, it was still showing that the ethernet controller was "Exclamation". So I removed the Ethernet Controller in Device Manager, and Restarted.

It picked up something on reboot. Status showed it was installing drivers for Matshita DVD RAM. Then it said I must reboot, so I did.

When it next booted up it said it had located new hardware and asked me to insert the disk that came with my ethernet controller. I cant as i dont have one.

If by some chance this ethernet controller is on toshiba website, i cant locate it, but the laptop wont pick up any wireless signal without it. I dont think.
