Who says they don't??
Somethings take a while to program and test before releasing, its not a simple straight forward thing as so many people on here seem to think.

I wasn't having that 'whitewash' and sent my TIVO back. Perhaps if more people did this Virgin would treat this problem as urgent and not expect customers to wait until possibly September for this to be resolved.
I will not go return to TIVO until all problems have been resolved.

Thats utter nonsense, an LED and LCD are really the same tech, the screen is the same but its the way the screen is back lit that is different.
